Inside Sales Representative

Executive Financial Enterprises, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are a Commercial Collections Agency who has been in business for 28 years. The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving client acquisition and generating revenue by means of cold calling, client, and web-based referrals. The ideal candidate is driven, hard-working, and has a proven track record of converting leads to closed deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new opportunities through outbound cold calling
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest
  • Utilize existing CRM software to track all metrics and interactions
  • LinkedIn use all tools available to make new connections and network with potential clients
  • Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Enhance lead generation strategy and process

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven sales representative experience
  • Track record of consistently hitting company metrics and goals
  • Strong phone and email presence
  • Comfortable use of technology across multiple applications such as Microsoft, CRM software, and virtual methods of communication
    • Must be able to prepare and present material to potential clients as needed
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Time management, prioritization, and strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently
